Organization Overview

VCI implements organization design interventions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of client organizations within the ever changing business landscape. We use our deep expertise in organizational theory and human sciences (rooted in rigorous, objective analysis) to plan and implement systemic design change that supports the organization in its quest to deliver on strategy. VCI incorporates elements of both a problem-solving as well as an appreciative approach to design interventions, which allows us to diagnose barriers and/or opportunities for organizational growth and efficiency while capitalizing on the unique strengths and experiences from within the organizations themselves.

Furthermore, we aim to incorporate a holistic view of the organization by assessing potential design interventions from a structure, process, task, and human perspective while keeping both strategic and short-term implications for the organization in focus.
